Berebichez is a passionate artist that likes to approach the subjects of the critical moments we are going through as a society and with all the environmental challenges we are facing.

As an Ecofeminist she tries to emphasize the relationships between women living in a patriarchal society and the culture built on the domination of nature. She uses the home as a cultural space to allow women to be part of society without having to choose between being a mother or wife and having a career or profession.

Using materials such as acrylic and oil paint, fabric, embroidery, paper and resin, she creates works that are realistic, colorful and alive. As a process based artist, she relies on the fact that the repetition of movement, the creation of patterns becomes almost like a meditative process that allows her to be present and mindful, making connections with her work and her identity as a woman.
